The 2007 Green Building Design Award presented by Global Green USA recognized the Albanese Organization for its leadership in sustainable development in New York City and for the firm’s design, development and construction of green buildings (the Solaire, the Verdesian and the Visionaire) which set a standard for energy efficiency and healthy indoor conditions and helped popularize and demonstrate the benefits of creating smart green buildings.
